For NXA Studios, the best talent is recruited by proudly showing the company culture. To do this, we organized a recruiting event at the AreaTres coworking space.

The idea was that while participating in the interviews, candidates could also interact with each other and have a good time. The area was structured into different spaces: cafe, bar, chillout area, film set, and even a...dance floor!

As if it were a corporate party, we designed 3D branding posters for the living rooms and tables, a photo booth with props to create fun moments, and gift pins to remember the event.

Our team was responsible for all the organizational details.
